| This year's conference was focused on The Leadership and Workplace Issues for Women in Law Enforcement. The conference was framed around the latest research on women and pregnancy; what departments need to do to be more progressive in this area; police officer domestic violence and the response; dual professions; job share-does it work; and what is mass career customization and why aren't police departments doing more of it. Topics also addressed best practices and the conference produced a report highlighting specific recommendations. |
